Big Enough To Get The Job Done, Small Enough To Care

West Vancouver Plumbing Services

When you hire our West Vancouver plumbers for anything… expect quality parts and service from us. If you are looking for the cheapest possible solution, sorry we are not those guys.

Pioneer Plumbing provides top quality plumbing and heating services for homes and business across Vancouver’s north shore. We opened our doors in 1976 and have built a great reputation by consistently delivering long-lasting quality solutions. If you need any professional work done, we are your go-to source.

Plumbing Services

Our team consists of licensed journeymen and apprentice workers dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have a plumbing leak, failing pipes, or drains that need to be cleaned out, we will take care of that for you. With all the older homes on the north shore we routinely replace entire plumbing systems, AKA repipe, or repiping. This is not a common job, but in ageing neighborhoods we get calls for that type of thing quite often. We also assist homeowners with new fixtures, toilets, and drainage systems as they need replacing.

Heating Services

Heating your living space with equipment that needs constant attention is a job for the well-informed, or preferably a professional. Maintenance programs are quite common in our industry, so if you are interested in finding out how important that is, please call during office hours for a run-down on how we help extend the life of your heating systems.

We deal with HVAC and air conditioning, traditional central heating systems such as a gas fired furnace, boiler, and water heaters. Your family’s comfort depends on these appliances to keep the house warm, especially at night. When something like a hot water tank fails, you are faced with a cold shower and no way to wash dishes the way you would usually do. That is why we recommend an annual visit to look at the different heating appliances in your home or business, and tune them up, replace worn out parts and check for safety of gas lines, etc.

Drain Services

Drains usually work great, until they don’t. When something gets blocked for any reason and can’t be easily cleared with a plunger, we have the experience and tools to take care of situations like a clogged drain.

With interior and exterior drains on every property, you need to be aware of the entire system and do your best to make sure the pipes stay free and clear of anything that would stop normal drainage. If old drain tiles need to be replaced, we will take care of it. Exterior drains go by a few names. Drain tile, weeping tile, French drains, and perimeter drains. When this type of drain needs to be replaced a lot of factors come into play, including the correct slope to make sure there are no low spots between your building and city sewers.

For any work in the areas listed above, that you can’t deal with yourself, call for an appointment.
