Drain Cleaning Services

When a clogged drain has messed up your day, call us to get that taken care of. We specialize in drain cleaning services and can clear the most stubborn drain problems in any home or business. Interior drains are the most problem we solve, but then a lot of us tend to forget about the exterior drains. Our drain services cover residential and commercial settings. 

In North Vancouver’s wet climate, perimeter drains are mandatory and need to be inspected at least once every two or three years. In most cases a quick power flush will take care of a blockage and you’re good for another few years. These drains typically clog up with dirt and debris over time, but also attract roots from trees and plants near your building. We routinely cut out invading roots to clear the pipes and allowing water to flow to the city sewer lines.

A few homes in the GVRD also require a sump pump to keep the water table at reasonable levels, we also service and replace those units.

Sewer lines from your home to the city connection are your responsibility, which comes as a surprise sometimes. No worries, there are so many things going on if you did not know that, you’re not alone.

Another thing to consider is that flow grade can change sometimes depending on circumstances. In most cases the perimeter drains we replace are usually the older clay drain tile installed decades ago before PEX was invented. These days we replace old weeping tiles with the newer PEX drainage pipes, which tend to last much longer.
